Conclusion:
Super cool app to have on your phone, especially if you are constantly having to communicate with people that don’t speak very good English. Once you download the app you will be prompted to download a couple other programs in order to make sure that the app works right. Once you do this you will be able to select your home language and then you can pick what language you want it to be translated into. There is a speech option button that is located just the the side of the text box so that you can just talk into the phone to say your phrase rather than having to type it in. There is also a cool SMS translation icon that you can use to be able to take your existing text messages and turn them into your native tongue. The design is primarily in white and blue and is pretty easy to decipher. There are a couple of gripes including that there are a few languages that you can’t use the speech-t0-text function with. You can only really speak into it if you know Latin languages. There are other kinks in the app including the fact that the app doesn’t understand a lot of other languages during the speech mode.
This app has been given pretty good reviews by the people that have used it. It currently has a 3.8 out of 5 star rating. The app is also free to download off of the Android app marketplace.
