ZedSplode app for iPhone is a pretty chaotic game. Don’t get amused if you spend at least couple of minutes trying to figure out what it is all about, when you start off. In ZedSplode, in each level, you’ll find different Zeds floating around, and you have a set of weapons to blast them off. The weapons include magnets, repulsers, ice bombs, linear and horizontal weapons. Every level requires a certain number of Zeds to be killed and you gain up to three stars per kill. That way, ZedSplode for iPhone got lots of replay value, which is a good thing.

As you progress through the levels, more Zeds appear on the screen and the difficulty level obviously increases. Some of the Zeds are harder to kill, while to eliminate some others, you require better strategy than mere tapping on the screen. But for most parts, it is about timing your weapons to perfection if you find Zeds flocked together. Doing so will let you to chain combos racking up extremely high amounts of points. In fact, there are lot more to the game, including boss fights and unlockables to be found. The graphics is interesting, especially the arty style and goofy way of playing the game. The game is reasonably stable and responsive. ZedSplode app requires iOS 6.0 or higher.

Final Thoughts

ZedSplode app for iPhone might appear to be a bit chaotic initially. But as you play the game, you’ll realize that this is one of the fun filled games you’ll find in iTunes. Some aspects such as the boss fights are unique. A brief tutorial explaining the mission objectives would have freed the players of the task of figuring out things by themselves.
