To start with, users need to sign up for a user account directly from FilesAnywhere mobile application. Yes, one could do it without opening a browser or typing in any URL. One could download files into the memory available under each user account, and the same could be synchronized to the app installed in the Android device. For example, users could download files from the web interface to their PCs. This can be done as individual files, or multiple files can be zipped, and downloaded. Further, files in the web interface are viewable, and accessible, from the android phone.

To download, users can choose the file to be downloaded, and press the ‘download’ button, at the bottom of the android app interface. The downloaded file(s) can be found in the “faw_downloads” folder, under ‘Android Files’ tab. The files can be viewed in the phone using suitable file viewers, depending on the type of file downloaded. Further, under the ‘Android Files’ tab, one could find the DCIM folder, which is where your phone saves/stores your pictures.
