You’ll try to escape the matrimonial life in this innovative puzzle adventure. You got to pick an avatar – to start you can flee as a brideswoman or groomsman. At each level, you got to outrun the people who have it out for you – from policeman and priests to bridesmaids. Wedding Escape for Android starts with your character at the altar, when he suddenly develops cold feet and just can’t go through with it. He dashes off and the game begins. The game is somewhat endless type as you progress through many levels to see how far you can run without tying the knot. Each level in Wedding Escape app for Android is a different area wherein you got to clear a certain number of tiles to advance to the next stage. You got only limited number of moves to do this. The initial stages of the game are relatively easy. But things get difficult quickly, and soon you’ll come to a stage wherein you got to clear as many as 100 tiles to get to the next stage.
The players are presented with a grid that is filled with coin and diamond tiles wherein both have only two types of colors. To make matches, you got to flip pieces to change their colors rather than swapping them like in Bejeweled. You just got to drag your finger around adjacent pieces to make more than two matches and up to file tiles at once. As you make the escape, you unlock powerups that can be used to improve your scores. When you fail to clear the required number of tiles, or runs out of moves, you’re deemed caught. Now, you got to ‘divorce’ and try again. The game has IAP such as coin doublers ($1.99) and quadruple coins ($4.99). The graphics is beautifully done. The animations are slick and smooth. The background score is quirky but exciting. The app is also stable and responsive. Wedding Escape app requires Android OS 3.0+.
