Howler app for Android is quite feature packed to say the least. You can key in your thoughts and send them into Howler, therein letting others around you to read them. You can receive comments on your thoughts from other users, and watch as the chains of thought flow along your screen. Howler also let you customize the radius in which you can send and receive comments. This can range from 50m to as far as 2500 km. Another aspect of Howler is that you would like is that there is no compulsion to create an account to use the app. It is all about simplicity. You can use it straightaway rather than tapping through multiple menus and pages before doing anything.
The color theme is blue and blue only. But like Facebook, it has a nice feel to it. The layout is user friendly for most parts. The app is smooth and polished, the few typos notwithstanding. Swipe up from the bottom to top of your phone screen to access the keyboard. Likewise, swipe from left to right of the screen to access the menu, and swipe from right to left to view the chats.
