JobFLEX for Android provides a platform for users to create quotes and invoices for customers, whether online or offline. You got to create a user account login first. Now, sign in and start creating new Quotes, Invoices, Customers, or Items. When you attempt to create a quote, you are met with the following choices: Add Customer, Add Item, Add Note, Add Photo(s). Further, you can also create a contract and include the contract terms in the quote with the option of adding in a signature line. Once done, you can preview the quote as a PDF or send it directly to the inquirer via email. We found the option to add photos to the quotes and having it auto-formatted into the .PDF without having to send a separate email to the inquirer with photos quite handy. When you create an invoice, you’ll find the following options: Add Customer, Add Item (with optional Discounts and % Tax Rate), Payments (includes Payment Method and Payment Notes), and Notes. Users can preview the created invoice as PDF or send it via email to their customers. If to cite an apparent downside, the optional % Tax Rate didn’t seem to be automatically calculated in the total cost. However, discount rates were added automatically.
In terms of appearance, the simple blue, orange, and gray color-scheme looks nice. The layout is user friendly. You can quickly access all of its features. The fonts and buttons are large enough for people with fat fingers. Overall, JobFLEX is smooth and is well designed. It is also stable.
