Look Up for Android is designed so that New Yorkers can literally look up from their mobile and look at the many amazements of their city. The app uses GPS to track when the users are at an intersection. It then vibrates to alert you for looking up and see around. It uses accidents data and fatalities to measure the energy score on the scale of 1-5. The higher the score the more alert you need to be. If you are on the home screen then you would get animation of eyes that would tell you to look up.
