Oldify for Android allows you to envision how you will look in many years to come. The photo booth app lets you change your appearance from young to aging, or nearly aging to really aged. So, you can view yourself after 30 years, 50 years or much older. After firing up the app, you take a photo of yourself by aligning your face within the facial perimeters shown on the screen. If you want to take a picture of someone else, simply switch the camera by tapping the camera icon on the bottom right hand corner. Alternatively, you can also choose an existing image in your phone by clicking on the sunflower icon. Now you can add the aging effects to make it older by 20-60 years. You can also adjust your face picture if you’re not satisfied with the placement.
The UI of Oldify – Old Aging Booth for Android is well designed. You can access the camera, aging effects, and additional apps from the developer from main menu screen. The aging visual effects are quite realistic and humorous. The audio sound effects in the background as you are deciding which effects to choose is fun. Once done, you can share your aged photos with others via email or SNS. Being a free app, Oldify is supported by ads. But the ads are not an annoyance as they appear on top of the main screen. Performance wise, the app is stable and responsive. It requires Android 4.0.3+.
