With My Sync Center Free app for Android, you just need to specific the folders in your Android device and PC that need to be synced, and the app does the rest in the background. It uses your local WiFi to do its job. Further, the app supports synchronizing some of the common content/folders in your device (such as pictures, music, ringtones, videos, alarms et al) to your PC and the other way around. If you don’t want auto sync to take place, you can also opt for manual syncing, the status of which will be informed via status bar notifications.

From the settings screen, you can pair your phone with a new PC, specify the content categories that you want to sync, and reset the default folders for video/music in your device.

Further, the Backup screen lets you add custom folders that you wish to remain in sync with the PC. If to remove any of the custom folders earlier added, just long press on the particular folder.

Interestingly, My Sync Center Free app does not specify any sync time. So, if you are near your PC, you can either wait the sync to happen automatically, or press the green Sync button manually to make it happen. Under the Sync button is a toggle button for Restore mode. Pressing the same restores all data back to your phone from the PC, provided the data has not been deleted from the PC in the meantime.
