The Drowning game for iPhone is a post-apocalyptic survival horror game in the first-person shooter style. It might take some time to get used to the game dynamics. But the tap-based shooting controls are quite effective. You can fire by two taps. To make a head shot, tap your fingers on either side of the head. On the other hand, if you’re not comfortable with finger tapping, you can configure the controls to have virtual control stick instead.
In The Drowning game, the civilization is gone as a result of an eco-disaster. After fending off a number of soulless creatures, you find a safe haven, a dog and a girl. What more you might want after an apocalypse? You collect weapons, spare parts, and currency as you defend yourself from the zombies. Of course, like in other games, you can customize your weapons or gather parts to repair a motorcycle to explore other parts of the map. The game is a bit heavy. So the load time between games is a bit high. But your fight with the zombies is really engrossing to say the least. The graphics is excellent and silky smooth. The sound effects complement the action on screen. However, don’t think that it is easy to kill the creatures. It is tough. The Drowning app is compatible with iOS versions 6.0 or higher.
